The isolated loop system by 1 capstan and 2 pinch rollers is adopted as a mechanism part.
In this system, the closed loop system is realized, the contact path of a head is isolated from
the rotation of a reel stand, and the bad influence by a fluctuation of a tape tension is cut off.
The direct drive system by the quartz lock control is adopted as a capstan. In addition,
the capstan has a diameter of 34 mm, and the pursuit of accuracy is thoroughly pursued.
The strobe by LED lighting is adopted, and the speed deviation in seconds can be
visually checked.
The changeover switch of 3 steps of a bias and 3 steps of an equalizer is carried.
The head part has a 4-head configuration, and is arranged in the order of tape path for
4-track playback, 2-track erasure, 2-track recording, and 2-track playback.
The reel stand direct drive which can fast forward and rewind at almost constant speed is
adopted from the beginning to the end.

The tape pitch control is carried and the adjustment can be performed in the range of ± 6%.
The timer standby mechanism is carried.
The microphone amplifier which has a dynamic margin of 77dB is carried on the assumption of
a full-scale live recording.
DC drive is possible with an optional battery case and 40 single batteries. When using
Neo High Top batteries, continuous recording for about 2 hours is possible.
There were rack joints for 19inch standard racks, dust covers, wood cases, portable cases, etc.
