Commentary
A speaker system developed by introducing JBL's professional technology as a console
top monitor.
The 20cm cone type Woofer is carried in the low-pass.
This unit realizes linear output characteristics with suppressed power compression due to
its long travel design.
The 2.5cm dome shape tweeter is carried in the high region.
The pure titanium diaphragm is adopted as a diaphragm, and the excellent high region characteristic is realized by equipping an acoustic lens which also serves as a protector of
a diaphragm in the front part.
The multi-radial baffle is adopted as a front baffle, and it is composed of a cubic curved
surface which made the sound axis of a tweeter horizontal and the sound axis of a Woofer
slightly upward. This concentrates the sound axis in the average listening position of 1m to
1.5m, and realizes high-dimensional sound image localization and sound field feeling.
Moreover, the design for accurate sound image localization such as in-line arrangement of a
unit and flash mount is adopted everywhere.
The rear bass reflex system is adopted as an enclosure.
