The finest vacuum tube pre-main amplifier of Mr./Ms. Blackface No. 1.
It was released just when vacuum tubes and transistors were being replaced, and it was released
as the last and highest peak vacuum tube pre-main amplifier of Mr./Ms..
The output tube is 6L6GC, which is operated by the AB1PP fixed bias method.
In addition, the configuration of the multiple negative feedback circuit obtains flat characteristics
over the entire band.
The transformer uses an ultra-wideband output and a power transformer with low constant loss
and excellent regulation. All of these transformers were covered by a lifetime warranty.
The control amplifier uses a four-stage amplification circuit, including a cathode follower.
In addition, all of them are configured with NF amplifiers to suppress noise.
The preamplifier and main amplifier sections are designed to be used independently.
A total of four levels, two low-frequency and two high-frequency levels, are equipped with a tone
control that can switch between ascending and descending points.
It is also possible to freely de-fend each high-frequency and low-frequency independently
(tone circuit cancellation device).
In combination with Mr./Ms. input transformers (A-603, A-604), it can also be used with low-power
MC-type cartridges.
The head amplifier also uses a new silicon transistor (micro-sep).
The first stage of the intermediate amplifier uses a cathode follower circuit with a high input
impedance and a low output impedance.
